D'Avillez Private Selection is the result of the vinification of Aragonez, Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bosuchet and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties, produced in shale and clay soils of the S. Mamede mountain in Portalegre. This D'Avillez Private Selection was vinified in inox vat, followed by mild stage in barrels of French and American oak. It presents a ruby color, mature silvester fruit and jam aromas, good tannins and persistent end.
